The putter features a flat clubhead (with only three degrees of loft) and is predominantly used on the green. You typically carry only one putter in your bag. Blade putters are rectangular shaped and are easier to aim. But as soon as anything is hit outside the perfect point of contact, the ball is more likely to miss the hole.
